Getting IRS tax-debt Relief

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is the revenue service of the United States federal government. IRS tax reliefs can be of various forms. Each form comes with a variety of certain variables such as the debt amount, the financial position at the present and the fines as a result of the money borrowed. As a surplus, various IRS tax relief Programmes are also available for all different sorts of debts heedless of whether they are of property, employment or income or other business related liabilities. Some of them are explained below:

Compromise agreements negotiations are a way for reassessment. It can not only reduce the fines and extra payments based on your period during which you are indebted, but also can actually reduce the cost of the tax liability. Tax rebates are properly negotiated by tax specialists in certain special circumstances such as the person is unable to pay off the entire fees or the nature of the debtor seriously undermines the possibility of bending the policies in his/her case. As for he/she is produced in the court on functioning of tax litigation, he/she can file bankruptcy here too. As is the case with all administrative pronouncements, taxpayers sometimes litigate the validity of the pronouncements, and courts sometimes determine a particular rule to be invalid where the agency has exceeded its grant of authority.

Certain plans for payment can help the tax reprieve. Ideal for businessmen or individuals who have come across serious dues or other penalties due to silly mistakes, errors and miscalculations in their personal accountancy or bookkeeping. Personal loans can some to the savior but in this reprieve, you have to pay the required interest and enter into an installment agreement which will also be having some amount of interest and/or payment extensions. If the conditions are unnegotiable, then as decided by the IRS, these extensions may well be downplayed and short term attenuations in payment extensions or tax interests are possible.

Penalty reassessment is one measure by which your tax rebate can be performed. Many a times penalty reassessment may be subject to carelessness giving rise to computerized flaws and loopholes in calculations. Such mistakes can be pin-pointed or may be a waiver can produce substantial documentation and ask for waiving the penalty in case of unavoidable circumstances of extreme trauma or demise of someone close.

IRS tax relief companies are a great remedial option when they might provide with best reliefs in shortest time preventing your salary garnishment or tax liens or seizures.

My First Dividend

My First Dividend

My First Dividend
I miss to open my e-mail for a couple of weeks because of too much work. On my day off, I remember to check one of my email account. When I open and check my email I was happy and surprised to read a notification email coming from citiseconline (online brokers I'm using on buying and selling share of stocks) that one of the company I bought their share of stock gives one peso per share as dividend and its already been send and credited to my open citiseconline brokers account. I think this is the extra cash in my brokers account I'm wondering where's come from after the last time I check my citiseconline account.

By the way I'm using Easy Investment Program (EIP) of citiseconline since I cannot always check and monitor the stock of the company that I've been bought due to the nature of my work thus sometimes I've forgot opening and checking my email.

My First Dividend

Although small amount, I feel ease to received my first dividend since I do nothing, other than buying their stock and hopefully I will sell it at the high price sooner. I can say it is a kind of a passive income. Considering this amount I have a chance to accumulate additional share of stocks if I choose to reinvest by buying same stocks of that company using this amount. Or an additional money to my savings or my emergency fund.

For me, receiving my first dividend from a company is a sign that this company are doing good in business and their business is still growing better in future. And I've gain trust and less worry that my money invested to this company will not loss anytime.

It is nice to invest in this kind of company that giving dividend, my first dividend payment has inspired me to save even harder to build up emergency fund early as I can so that I can use more income to grow my portfolio of dividend stocks.

Fatten Your Wallet Not Your Waistline

The New Year is upon us, and for their 2012 resolution many will opt to lose weight. Obesity is one of the biggest epidemics facing many industrialized nations, and because of this, it is often the most popular choice for New Years Resolutions. However, losing weight isn't just good for your overall health, it is good for your wallet too. If you are serious about bettering your finances in the upcoming year, losing weight may be one of the best ways for you to save money both short and long term. Losing weight will help you save money in the following year through:

Limited Healthcare Costs

Being overweight wears your body out. Your organs have to work harder and are often bogged down by fat, your joints work harder to carry the excess weight, and your heart works harder to pump blood to your bigger body. Not only does your body wear out quicker, but you are at a higher risk for diabetes, stroke, and heart disease – none of which come with a cheap price tag.

While Britain does have universal healthcare, the general upkeep of dealing with diseases such as diabetes or heart disease, isn't always covered. In terms of home care or certain medications, some claims may be denied, forcing you to pay out of pocket. By keeping your waistline trim, you will be able to avoid the high fees of caring for someone in poor health which often leave many calling a bankruptcy attorney.

Lower Food Bills

Those who are overweight may not typically eat more than someone who is fit, in regards to quantity, but they do generally eat out more which comes with a high price tag. If you eat out every day for lunch, there is a good chance that you spend about £ 50 a week on lunch alone. If you are also eating out for dinner a couple of times a week, there is probably another £ 40 to £ 50. That is about £ 300 to £ 400 a month that you could save by skipping the high calorie meals out. Not only will you have quite a bit of money left over at the end of each month, but you will drop a couple of sizes too by bringing a more nutritious lunch from home.

Smaller Clothes Have Smaller Price Tags

If you where anything larger than a XL, there is a good chance that you are paying a couple of bucks more for your shirt than someone who wears a XL or smaller. Larger clothing costs more to make, and therefore manufacturers have to increase the costs of the item in order to profit. By shedding some weight, you will be able to fit in to smaller sizes and spend less on clothing.

By choosing to lose weight in the New Year, you will not only improve your overall health, but you will get to fatten up your wallet as well. So do yourself a favor, and set a resolution that will benefit you in more ways than one.

Personal Finance (7): Realistically, What’s the Yield Rate for Top Traders?

For many beginners  who come to invest/trade in the stock market, they don’t have a realistic idea of how many percent they might gain over a year.  For years, from the trader library and forums, I figured out that the top number was around 28-35%/year.  And, recently, I discovered that these numbers are way too low for benchmarking at all…  and, that could set an invisible barrier of limit in traders mind.

1) Breaking Through from the Limiting Beliefs:

Here is just a short story of how imaginary barrier can limit people performance and may spark some inspiration in the mind…

* The 4 minutes Barrier
Just like once people thought that the world was flat.  Before 6 May 1954, athletes had never able to run a mile under 4 minutes, and some “experts” at the time even commented that it was physically impossible for a human to do so, or the heart would explode under the pressure to run a mile in under 4 minutes.

Roger Bannister was medical students at that time, not even a professional runner, believed it could be done.  He prepared himself with training and he became the first person to ever run a sub four-minute mile (3min 59.6sec) on 6 May 1954.

More interestingly, 56 days after Roger Bannisters breakthrough, John Landy ran the four minute mile in 3 minutes and 57.9 seconds in Finland. Later Bannister and Landy raced in the Mile of the Century where Bannister won in 3 minutes and 58.8 seconds.

As for today, it is no more any surprise for high school athletes to run a mile under 4 minutes, for that mental barrier had been gone.

ONLY after a person breakthrough from his own limiting beliefs, he can then sail into uncharted waters and has experiences he never had before.

2)      Setting the Right Benchmark or Higher

Recently, I have come to know of an old trader who wrote and trade his own system for 30 years and only work for himself.  He does not sell his system or even signals for trade.

On the other hand, he joins some forums and professional groups to share some valueable views and ideas…  He also presents his research paper freely for others who may interest to read.

For those who may get the ideas from his paper would know that his system is for REAL, and not fantasy.

If you are interested to get into the financial market some day, say in the future.  Then it is strongly recommended that, take a look at his website… His papers and his simulation results.

These are some of the back test results with over 100% return a year:->
On Turtle system:

(with permission to post as reference)

ONLY when there is a good Benchmark, then one can know what kind of aim he should set…

OF COURSE, the market cannot give profits from air, when more and more people are aware and able to use such strategies and tactics, the profits would drop according to number of participants are able to develop such systems.

Many “Conventional Wisdoms”, such as ship must be built by wood in order to be able to float, no machine can fly, and later believe that plane cannot break the sound speed barrier, etc…  are now proven to be wrong ideas that limiting people imagination...

"One person with a belief is greater than a force
of ninety-nine who have only interests."

Wants and Needs

Wants and Needs

Wants and Needs
Most of us live beyond our means because we fail to know the difference between our need and wants. Our basic needs as humans are few: shelter, food, clothing, transportation, education, insurance, and medical attention. Everything else beyond need, in reality we can consider it a want. However, distinguishing a want from a need is not so easy. There are times when we feel the urge to buy something that we think we need. It is often pressure from friends, family and dictates of society that brings forth this urge. And the sad truth is, it is usually too late when we realize that we only want but not really need - what we had spent for.

What are our real needs? And how do we differentiate wants to needs?

In food. Simple, nutritious food cooked at home is a need. Fancier food usually cooked in a restaurant is a want. But there are cases in which it is cheaper to buy food rather than to cook. So better choose the option which give you nutritious food at the lowest cost.

Clothing. You need clothes that are clean, neat and are suited for daily activities. Wearing an expensive designer clothes is a want.

Transportation. Have an enough money to be able to go to work and return home is a need. Owning a vehicle to go to work are usually a want. But there are cases in which it will cost you less to own a vehicle than paying for a jeepney, taxi and bus ride. When this happens, then the vehicle is a need.

Our needs are basically the same because we have similar physical characteristics. But because of the environment we grew up in, im sure we may have a different views of what are our needs and wants. Only you can fully understand your needs and wants.

So how about you? Do you know what are your wants and need?
